If you’ve ever wanted a James Bond car, well this is the one that got all the attention in the newest James Bond movies – the Aston Martin Vanquish. The Aston Martin Vanquish started its production in 2001 and ended in 2007 with the Vanquish S and the DBS model succeeded it. The final version was called the Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate Edition and only had 40 cars built which makes it a very rare car indeed and also had a conventional manual gearbox option which was very well met with the automotive press.

The engine was one of the most impressive features of the Aston Martin Vanquish by having a 6.0 litre 48 valve V12 engine producing 456 horsepower and the Vanquish S giving 521 horsepower making this vehicle one of the stronger models out on the market at the time of production. The Vanquish had a top speed of 189.5 miles per hour (mph) and could go 0-60 mph in 4.3 seconds and the Vanquish S had a top speed of 204 mph and went 0-60 mph in 4.0 seconds. The braking system for such a fast vehicle features 355 mm drilled (378 mm on the Vanquish S) and ventilated disc brakes on the Vanquish and comes complete with ABS and electronic brake distribution.
